Your satisfaction is very important to us. If within 15 days of your shipping date you wish to return an item, we will gladly exchange the item or provide you with an on-line store credit for products returned undamaged as Hazeltine Nurseries will not issued cash or credit card refunds.
If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact our customer service by e-mail at Bchuchro@hazeltinenurserires.com to let us know that you will be returning an item.
Original labeling must be on the product returned as well as our RGA #.
Return freight will be your responsibility & be sure to insure the package, if the item is not to your liking. If the item is broken or damaged we will take care of the freight by sending you a prepaid label to ship back.
